I visit this sushi restaurant often, and it’s always a great experience. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always make me feel welcome. If you’re looking for high-quality sushi at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE This place ruined my life. I ate here once and now I cant eat sushi anywhere else. Not only do I have limited selection of sushi restaurants but I now live in constant fear of this place one day closing (all good things end one day..) I also suffer from serious depression when they're closed for holidays and whatnot. If you're brave enough, and have about 20 bucks to spend per person, this place offers some seriously fresh sushi and friendliest service I've seen in a while. Price is more than reasonable, presentation and atmosphere everything is just right.
My gf and I had tried this sushi place once for take out and we're really impressed with the quality so today on my sober birthday we went out to eat there in person just to make it extra special. It has a cozy environment and quick food service, though they could have been a bit more attentive when it came to refilling our tea, I typically drink 4-5 cups of tea at a sit down meal but only got 2.5 once was a top up and the second time I had to specifically ask, aside from that the service was good. Though the atmosphere was cozy the seating was a bit on the tight side aside from that the environment was clean as were the bathrooms. The food was delicious we ordered the Spicy chicken karaage, a BC roll, two california rolls, a Red dragon roll, a Mango paradise roll and a Las vagas roll, everything was prepared fast and displayed very nicely, very fresh sushi and full of flavor, will definitely be coming back.

Very satisfying bento box lunch! Staff are attentive even in a busy lunch. Green tea was served as soon I placed my order. Tea was nice and hot, served in a very cutesy tea cup with sushi and sashimi design. Followed by a nice, hot, not overly salty miso soup. After just a few minutes, bento box was served. Beef teriyaki is tender, not too sweet-not too salty, perfect for my taste buds! Prawn tempura was perfectly fried, airy but substantially appetizing, vegetable spring roll is crunchy and not greasy, vegetable tempura consists of yam, sweet potato and acorn squash are equally delicious, California roll is simply irresistible! Everything is 5 star except the salad, which has a lot of dressing. Overall, it was a good meal! Located at 207 Street, Maple Ridge BC, easy accessible from Lougheed Highway or Dewdney Trunk Road.
Wonderful experience! Celebrated our fathers 75th birthday and they welcomed our party of 10. We extended our stay for a total of 2 1/2 hours and they gladly welcomed us! I got their salmon poke bowl and it is amazing! Will definitely stop by when I'm in the are next! Food prices are very competitive:)
Their lunch special is on another level. The portions are huge and offer a variety of selections. Needless to say, the taste is great. However, the quality of service could be improved. They ran out of trays, so I had each dish served individually, which resulted in a pretty big gap in between. I received the karaage only after finishing all the other food. Additionally, a server forgot about our beer, so we had to wait for a while and ask another server for it again.
I've been to this place 3 times in the past month! Each time was great. The food is amazing and full of flavour!!! Fish is fresh!! Service is also good. They have sooooo many special rolls to choose from. Highly recommended.
